Father's Day Pork Spare Ribs

I'm cooking 4 slabs of pork spare ribs today for dad's day. Shooting for 275 indirect, raised 2/2/.5 - 1. Using different rubs and sauces to see what taste the best. Foiling with brown. , honey and butter. May take one all the way with no foil to see the difference. Should be fun.
