Picked up a nice 15lb brisket at RD and had planned to cook it Saturday night. Decided to wait a day when the rain came in late yesterday but now looks like it's going to rain tonight too. I double wrapped the CyberQ in grocery bags so I should be good as long as the power doesn't go out.

It rained half the night but everything went perfectly. Took it off this morning when the flat probed like butter. FTC'd the flat then cubed up the point and put it back on for burnt ends. Will add sauce one I render and drain off some of the fat.

Thanks guys for the kind words! Final results. Thought the flat was a touch dry but very good otherwise. I used Arthur Bryant's Rich & Spicy for the burnt ends.
