Spatchcock n things

Havent posted much in a while but made dinner tonight all on the egg.  2 spatchcock chickens, some asparagus and a peach cobbler,

used a garlic and wine seasoning from the Melting Pot restaurant here in ABQ turned out pretty well

    I love asparagus but, I like your chicken to asparagus ratio. I'd have been tempted to started with a server of cobbler though!  :P

    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

    I did two chickens so we would have leftovers to make chicken salad etc... and im going to make some homeade broth from the bones  as for the asparagus its a damn shame when one little bunch cost almost as much as one of the chickens.

    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.
