Havent posted much in a while but made dinner tonight all on the egg. 2 spatchcock chickens, some asparagus and a peach cobbler,
used a garlic and wine seasoning from the Melting Pot restaurant here in ABQ turned out pretty well

I love asparagus but, I like your chicken to asparagus ratio. I did two chickens so we would have leftovers to make chicken salad etc... and im going to make some homeade broth from the bones as for the asparagus its a damn shame when one little bunch cost almost as much as one of the chickens.2 LBGE
