I wanted to say hello. I am a new Egger. Got my first LBGE a couple weeks ago, I am in central Illinois. I have wanted an egg for a couple years now and finally took the plunge. I have used mine quite a bit so far. I have noticed that the food comes out more moist and temp control is amazing ! I have used a King griller over the last few years and temp control was almost non existent. Having fun  !!
