I post very little but use this forum as a reference to get me through a lot with my Egg. You guys are a wealth of information and it is much appreciated. Pic is of my first turbo ribs and so far they are coming out just grand. Thanks everyone!

They sure look good from here =D>Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

My wife and Mother said they were the best I've ever smoked. Don't know if this is because my others sucked so bad or these were really good.:-) Honestly, turbo is the only way to go for me from this point forward with ribs.Just enough chew to them and the meat was tender like my heart. :-) Thanks again guys!radamo said:Let us know how the ribs came out...
