Beef Ribs

So... the first grocer had a little package of boneless short ribs, and the other had a little package of "beef spare ribs" really cheap, so I cooked both of them. Used my brisket method, a light coat of honey, with DP Cowlick and Raising the Steaks for rubs. 5.5 hours, 260ish. Served with Colcannon (basically mashed potatoes with kale), and a salad on the side. Yum.
