Tonight's Supper

Flounder with salt, pepper, fresh thyme, basil and oregano from the garden and brussel sprouts with EVOO,minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, sea salt and pepper. Flounder was done raised direct at 500* on a lemon bed with dill on top after the sprouts were already on the heat image And plated after my SWMBO had already grabbed her half The flounder turned out excellent. image

I hate fish - but I'd eat that!

Thanks guys!!! I wish I was good enough to directly on the grid to get a little brown on each side. Not so much on flounder or tilapia, salmon an tuna no probs.

I use these disposable expanded aluminum things when I do fish. You might be able to use two(top and bottom) to brown both sides. I've only only used it for delicate fish once, and didn't try flipping. The fire side came out nice though. Even though they're disposable, you'll get many uses out of them. image

@stemc33 - thanks for the advice I will definitely try one of those or the fish basket with removable handle.
