1st Cook (Turbo Ribs)!

First cook on the egg and first time cooking ribs. Started with St Louis ribs, rubbed with French's mustard and Butt Rub. Fired up the egg and stabilized the temperature @ 350. Put the ribs on bones down for 1 hour, flipped meat down for 45 minutes, flipped and sauced for 15 minutes and checked temperature. Had to let them go another 20 minutes to get the temp around 170-175. Might go an extra 10 minutes and a little less sauce next time!
Since I've never cooked ribs or used an egg before, a big thanks to everyone that shares on this site for the success!

First let me say welcome. Next if that's really your first cook I have a feeling we will be seeing you on BBQ Pitmasters in the very near future. Good job brother.
Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.
Status- Standing by.
The greatest barrier against all wisdom, the stronghold against knowledge itself, is the single thought, in ones mind, that they already have it all figured out. -

Looks good, I've always been a low and slow guy but you guys have peaked my curiosity about turbo ribs. I have some baby backs I'm going to try this with and see if they really do turn out just as good as my 5 to 6 hour rib cooks, KenDearborn MI
