big rib eye and new to me steak rub

    DP Raising the Steaks is most Excellent - did filets last night using raising the Steaks with reverse sear.  Perfect.  Ever so good.  I had to go to the 32oz size - going thru it too fast.  Same for Pineapple head and Swamp Venom.

    I won a rib-eye contest last April using that rub.  It is also very good on thick cut pork chops.  Chris came up with a really good blend of spices on that rub!
