Friday Non Cook & Weekend...

Raining like hell here and will probably still be around tomorrow morning as well...
No egging tonight; not due to the rain, but we already had dinner plans.
Heading to Firecraft shortly to pick up some supplies, some Ozark & Rockwood, hickory chunks, and a new Maverick probe. Also waiting on the delivery of my Smokeware cap, should be today I hope. Funny, I'm not egging, but this weather would be ideal for trying it out
)
Not sure what the rest of the weekend will bring eggwise, heading to the store shortly so we'll see what I pick up

Very cool... they were at $1.69/lb down here. Didn't get any though... grabbed a few chicken kabobs for the girls and a few racks of beef back ribs, going to give it another run at them for a longer cook and see if they turn out more tenderJackh said:The party is Sunday will post then

Have to hear about yr beef ribs. I want to try them but have heard they are real fatty. I'll stay tuned.. TGIF. Need to pick up a bottle of bourbon.
