Juciy Lucy Meatloaf (Pics)

I did a few things different on this meatloaf. I went with 2 lbs of ground pork, 3 lbs of ground beef and blue cheese inside one half of it. It tasted awesome to me, but the wife didn't like the texture of the pork in it. Check out the photos. The last photo is my helping. I a lot of leftovers
