Salmon is one of my favorite things off of the egg and yours looks great my friend. Im not a fan of spinach or beets but you still get an A+ for the salmon!!!!!cortguitarman said:Roasted beats with sautéed spinach and grilled salmon.
Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.
Status- Standing by.
The greatest barrier against all wisdom, the stronghold against knowledge itself, is the single thought, in ones mind, that they already have it all figured out. -
Yummy! I picked up salmon to do tonight, but ended up just going to bed instead.

Beets have been an evolved taste for me. We have a vegetable CSA and they come with our weekly veggie pickup once in a while. I refuse to waste food so I tried them and have begun to like them. As a kid my mom served canned beets and I hated them. I've learned that fresh veggies are so much better than commercially canned veggies.Mark Annville, PA

I love beets. Every time I have them I ask myself why I don't have them more often. Have to remember to pick some up.

Absolutely and I'm in the same boat. All canned veggies as a kid - spinach, beets, asparagus (blecchh), etc. They were horrible.
Eating fresh veggies is a whole different world. Fresh beets are awesome, as is asparagus and the rest of it. I still think green peas are a scourge on the world, but I love the rest.
