You sound pretty well set
Altho you have a DigiQ there will be times you operate without it.
I guess it's best to cook by temp (thermopen) but I added a dedicated timer to wear around my neck to keep from opening the egg too often
I went with Thermoworks TimeStick I really like it
The iphone clock has a timer but it wasn't that easy to set, reset quickly.
Just a thought when you have $20 burning a hole in your pocket
My AR came setup with the R&B package. I'm looking to add the extender soon

Nice list. Another one you might want to consider if you break your ceramic cap is the smokeware stainless steel vented chimney cap.

+ 1 on the Smokeware cap they are awesome. I don't think any egg should go without one. I just got a small egg and cant imagine using it without a Smokewear cap.

@tarheelmatt - I believe everyone should have at least one Turboencabulator in their BGE arsenal. I've never seen the GE document you posted. Rockwell has done the bulk of the work on the Turboencabulator, as shown in this video link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLDgQg6bq7o

The new model Turboencabulator has recently been released for beta testing. You can get these at Bed, Bath and Beyond in some markets.

tksmoke, that document is actually posted on my cubicle wall. Most new people that come to my office ask about it and ask questions. I always fill their head full of BS telling them it was part of gas turbine industry. They then say "Oh okay" and go on about their business.
Did you say Rockwell? I am a GE guy, "Rockwell" isn't in my vocabulary...

@nolaegghead - the model pictured was also designed to engender multiple functionalities, as has been the trend with recent incarnations of the Turboencabulator. To wit: the tennis ball launcher for canine exercise in the lower left quadrant of the machine.Santa Paula, CA

These eggcessories are on the cheap side like less than $10, but really handy when you need to stir up the air to get the fire going. On the left is a hand crank blower and on the right a battery operated "personal" fan.

I bought one of those!! They told me it was a sous vide machine. I haven't tried it yet. Still reading the Owner' Manual. And trying to figure out where to put the water.nolaegghead said:The new model Turboencabulator has recently been released for beta testing. You can get these at Bed, Bath and Beyond in some markets.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
