    Thanks. Not a whole lot, it seemed to puddle in the cavity, as anticipated. I tilted the bird once.
    I cheated and added about 1.5 cups of chicken broth prior to cooking.

    To help with the veggies Spatchcock your bird, then the fat will render directly into the veggies. Very tasty!!
