The salmon looks incredible my friend. I have to ask do you prefer using mesquite for fish? I myself have never tried it with fish. Not really a fan of mesquite in general but hey you are never to old to learn new tricks. Thought I would ask. Again it looks great.

The flavor was great.....I use Mesquite for everything....this was not smoked it was grilled and with the high heat of Mesquite, it cooks quick
  • I was wondering the same about the mesquite.  I cook more salmon than anything on my egg and that looks delicious.  Unfortunately I rarely get fresh.  Sam's Club frozen Alaskan usually.  Not bad but nowhere near fresh.
