This was simply amazing. If you have not tried this yet, you definitely need to do it. YUM!!!! Need to give thanks to @Spring Chicken and @Spring Hen who gave me a few tips at the Texas EggFest. Here is a before and after shot.

I used this one, for the most part. I didn't add water. I just used the broths. Cooked it uncovered the whole time. Flipped the roast 3 hours into the cook. 300 degrees indirect for 6 hours.
