@hapster...sounds good man. Enjoy the lazy day :-). We're doing the same here (leftovers). SWMBO is making fresh Pico de Gallo (now I've got to buy a 2nd cilantro plant because we use it so much), shredded chicken from yesterday's Spatchcock, tortillas with shredded 4 cheese and sour cream. Keeping it simple today ourselves. Nice lazy day.

Never had the Cidre. How is it? The last real good pint I had was in Gibraltar and can't recall who it was made by. Today I'm just kicking back some Yuengling Black & Tan. That meal looks delicious.
