Sweet. congratulations. I got my XL Egg 2 years ago and started my table shortly after that. It is still sitting On some wooden boxes with a paver underneath it. I am embarrassed compared to some of the folks here that build awesome tables in 3 days of getting their new eggs. Enjoy the Egg, the table can wait.XL BGE; Medium BGE; L BGE

Congrats and Welcome!btw, hope you don't mind me mentioning it, I noticed a couple of spots on the dome, it's no big deal, if anything should happen it's covered by warranty but I guess perhaps it doesn't hurt to bring them to the dealer's attention?canuckland

That must have been one strong Easter Bunny! Congrats on the getting the real gift that gives all year round!

Ya the spots are the flash refracting off of the dimples.
I ran right out and checked though. But thanks though.

Welcome! I hope you don't mind me mentioning it...but you need to clean out that garage! It looks just like mine
.
Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
Welcome!! I'm new too but these are a good group of people. That will always offer advise. I started my table the day I brought the egg home. It still needs hardware on the doors and drawer and stain. Can't seem to find the time since now all my spare time is spent cooking on it.

Thats nice! I like the cabinet.

+1 on the handles. All the eggs I've seen at least 5 different dealers in Jacksonville and surrounding areas have been wood handles. Now the egg mates are a whole different story. Mine are composite material and I've been ok with them (they're very easy to clean and disinfect and hold up well even with a hot plate etc---I wouldn't place hot c.i. pan on it or even wood for that matter).LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL

Thanks for the advise. I did cut it to the spec on the website. But after cooking pizza I did get a little nervous and have been out side a few time to check on it. In fact after seeing that I think I will go check it again. I will also look into cutting it a bit larger.Canugghead said:@Catmandiesel nice table!
