Cuban mojo turbo butts for Easter
Easter Turbo Butts/Mojo
Did two mojo (Cuban style) butts for Easter - this was the first time cooking picnic cuts vs. boneless so was I little anxious and ended up cooking one on Friday to make sure I didn't screw it up. No real difference as far as I'm concerned, they were both delicious and the bone came right out, although one did take significantly longer than the other. I used my normal turbo method and foiled somewhere b/t 160-170 and pulled at 195 for FTC. Pics attached.
