Rack o' Pork

Pick up one of these at Costco last week and cooked it up today. I also grabbed a couple additional ones for the freezer. Pretty darn good if you ask me!!

I know. I figured there were plenty on the forum already. I was very juicy and it had good flavor. I fed three adults and have enough leftovers for two more meals.

It's OK.  Story checks out.  Consistent with other rack o' pork reports.

I don't know? How about a pick of the extras you've got in the freezer?

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

Yep, they're great. Be warned they're seasonal and won't carry them come summer.

I was saying no pictures because the way I read your original post I thought you had meant to include some.

Glad you nailed it. Happy Easter.

    Happy Easter!

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

@SmokeyPitt..That looks so damn great..I am thinking of firing up the car and getting over to Costco to get one. I have been toying with the idea..I think my wife would kill me, as I did a brisket yesterday..But that is def. on my radar..Thanks for posting the pic.
