This afternoon we should be home and I want to cook on the egg. Got about 4-5 of cook time I think. Trying to figure out what.
No pork as we are having a ham tomorrow. I done want chicken either.
What to make then? Besides basic steaks.

I want a tri rip but the local grocery/butchers don't sell hem here. Have to take a road trip to hopefully find one. No rued out yet.

Meatloaf, Fish/Shrimp, Hot Dogs & Beans, and a nice pork Tenderloin cook to an internal temp of 130 will be nothing like Ham! G M

I just use pizza dough. Slather the inside with mustard, put some meet and cheese on and bake at 450 until the dough looks done. Also, brush the outside with an egg wash to brown the crust.Mark Annville, PA
