Cooked two pizzas tonight. Publix dough 550 degrees raised above the seal. One is mushroom, onion, and olive. The other is prosciutto with fig jam for the SWMBO.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Great looking pies. Fig jam and prosciutto is frikkin sexy.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

I'll take two slices of each, please.

They do look great. Are you using the platesetter legs up or down? I've always done up, then realized most here do down. Been wanting to try that...Slumming it in Aiken, SC.

Thanks all. I think they were the best ones I have done so far. @Jeremiah I switched to legs up recently after reading a post on here stating that with legs down the higher heat is concentrated at the seal level and could lead to damaging your seal.Rob, Large BGE, Merritt Island, (Space Coast of Florida)Boiler UP
