I noticed that a dealer that sold BGE in my area stopped selling BGE and the sole remaining store is a Authorized Gold Dealer on the BGE website. Searching around the extended area, I see that there are Authorized Gold, Silver and Bronze dealers. 

What do those levels mean? Thanks.
