Here's my all plastic easy to clean press. It will form perfect burgers up to nearly 1/2 pound. In expensive - bought it years ago at BB & B. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/Ronald44/IMG_1808.jpgRe-gasketing the USA one yard at a time

(I was searching to see if you could by the one that Smashburger uses, which is nice. Didn't find it anywhere)

I like these multitaskers. Easy to clean, Easy to store. Will make any size burger. Impossible to misplace. And they are dirt cheap!

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Another multitasker to use with parchment
I'm with you, prefer cheese on top.

Harbor Freight carries one also. It's cheap and effective.

This is the way to make burgers. Only way you can be sure they are too compressed is to do it by hand. A press is easier and faster, but I think you will find the best burger is one that is not compressed too much.Carolina Q said:I like these multitaskers. Easy to clean, Easy to store.
