I love chopped brisket sandwiches

It's just me for dinner tonight so I decided to use some of the brisket in the freezer. Chopped and threw in a pan with some homemade sauce and have it cooking in the egg with some hickory smoke right now. Stuff is so good on a kaiser bun, can't wait. Also made some pickled red onions, al a coffeeguydenton for later.

Process it, warm it up in this concoction, mushrooms, onions and cheese on hoagies.
2 cups beef stock, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbl worchestire, 1 tbl good bbq rub, 1 stick butter. Simmer 30 min. Inject when cooled.
