Didn't have any cooking plans today, just figured leftovers. But the weather is perfect, couldn't not cook something. Pulled some wings out of the freezer this morning. Got them separated earlier this afternoon and tossed in a zip lock with 3:1 Tsunami Spin:Corn Starch. Just put them on 400* indirect. I figured since the were frozen indirect vs. Raised direct. No idea really.
Mixed up some buffalo sauce for 1/2 and I'll just do BBQ sauce for the others.

I mostly roll raised direct unless i'm basting. They'll come out great and crispy regardless.Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ....

I've got 20 sections marinating right now... They will go on 350 ish raised direct.
I'm doing my ol' faithful recipe of Obie "Q" yankee blaster with a spray of lemon juice and 1/2 bottle of catalina dressing in a Ziploc bag... When they hit the grill they will get another dusting of yankee blaster.
