Sunday Dinner In GA - Spring Tune Up

Beautiful weather here today with temps in the 70's (sorry to my northern brethren)   Didn't get the egg dinner done last night due to extended bicycle time prepping for a cross state ride in June, but ready to go tonight.

Stuffed Pork Tenderloin (Garlic, Onion, Sun Dried Tomatoes, and Fresh Basil)
Skillet Potatoes
Steamed Brocoli and Cauliflower blend with Cheddar and a mustard, mayo, cream mix

Cold beer, golf on the TV, shorts and birkenstocks!   What a day.  Pics to follow!

Its in the high 70's here as well. Fixing to throw on a chuck and take advantage of the nice weather.
    Good luck on the loin.

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

I agree with you you my fellow Georgian. Tee time was at 9:15 and was just great weather to be out doing anything.

Beautiful day. Wish it was like this year round. But alas come August we will pay the piper with those 95/95 days. @johnkitchens Yes in Macon here. How about you?

Left one off. The potatoes turned out excellent. May have had a tad too much garlic in the pork stuffing. Will cut back a little next time on it

I am in Louisville about 100 miles from you. My kids go to a tiny private school here, and the girls are going to play in the final four in basketball at Mercer in Macon on Friday. If we win we will play for state on Saturday at the same place.

I assume this will be at Hawkins Arena.

I agree it was a very nice weekend. I cleaned my garage today and grilled ribeyes with green peppers and mushrooms. Last night I grilled chicken. I love these spring temps without the pollen.

Hey Bo. I had no idea you knew where Louisville was located! The restaurant downtown is Foster's. It is the one across the street from the courthouse. It used to be called Pansy's. I live exactly two blocks behind Foster's.

I can see the top of the courthouse from my den.

Let me know the next time you are coming through. I will buy your lunch!
