Winter Storm Burgers

82 Yesterday and 19 right now, what the hell is going on? Sundays are usually our grocery store day but a winter storm hit today and getting out on the roads in Dallas during a snow storm is not the brightest thing to do. I had some hamburger meat, some left over bacon from breakfast, two Hawaiian hamburger buns and some mushrooms. Went out fired up the egg for my snowstorm burger, I sautéed up some shrooms had some tots heated up and left over beans.
The wife said this was the best burger she has ever had, I just said its the weather making you say that. Now I need to comb through the freezer and find something for tomorrow.
