Saturday ribs!

Did some baby backs today on my eggbert . I normally do the 3 2 1 , but now I just cook straight through untill they meet the bend test. I think without the foil gives it a better taste, and just as tender.

    Great looking cook-welcome to the land of X-0-0.  Most eggcellent cook and  a whole lot less supervisory involvement

    How long did you cook and at what temp please?  I am doing some ribs today and struggle with it every time.

    4 to 5 hours at 250 dome temp. I don't look at them for at least 4 hours and then I check with the bend test. I hope your cook turns out well.

    Thanks, here lately that's all my wife and six year old want. He snuck and ate the leftovers without telling anybody, lol.
