I needed more Raging River so I got that and I also got Red Eye Express, Shakin' the Tree and some Swamp Venom. Used the Red Eye on some burgers(a little goat cheese on mine) and used Swamp Venom on the flat fried potatoes. Both were different than anything else I had used before and were great! What should I use the Shakin' the Tree for?

oh wow those potatoes look absolutely without a doubt amazing. did they taste as good as they look?With dizzy pig , you really need to try pineapple head on a pork shoulder. I tell everyone I know. it's such an amazing combo.

I use shaking the tree on roasted veggies, it is fantastic on roasted cauliflower. Also, my daughter suggested red eye on roasted butternut squash, and it is surprisingly awesome.

@AmericanFlannel I love Pineapple head but haven't used it on pork, definitely will now.Thanks for the feedback guys. I have all the DP rubs except the -ish ones now, they have all been good. Swamp Venom on the potatoes last night was awesome although my wife likes them with just plain old salt.In Manchester, TNVol For Life!
