My hot sauce collection increases

Noticed that TW Garner released an article where they were making Sriracha sauce too. I have been looking for it since with no luck, until now. Hopefully I will try it out tonight. Got some chicken legs and breast marinating two ways in the fridge. One with an Asian inspired marinade and the other with a light vinegarete.

As you accumulate laps of the sun you realize that collections are nice but "you aren't taking it with you" so you should enjoy the collectables.

I have some very serious hot sauces that I wonder why they haven't leached thru the glass container as they are at least 15 years old. Doubt I will crack them open so they become one of those "remaining family fights when the will is read". Have a great day!

I have at least 1200 bottles. Most of them have never been unpacked since we moved to this house 8 years ago. I had a display shelf running all around my kitchen and several glass front cabinets. I need to have some cabinets made to display them but it's one of those things that goes on the back of the list. I have a perfect location in the man cave.
