Noticed that TW Garner released an article where they were making Sriracha sauce too. I have been looking for it since with no luck, until now. Hopefully I will try it out tonight. Got some chicken legs and breast marinating two ways in the fridge. One with an Asian inspired marinade and the other with a light vinegarete.

As you accumulate laps of the sun you realize that collections are nice but "you aren't taking it with you" so you should enjoy the collectables.I have some very serious hot sauces that I wonder why they haven't leached thru the glass container as they are at least 15 years old. Doubt I will crack them open so they become one of those "remaining family fights when the will is read". Have a great day!>-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. I have at least 1200 bottles. Most of them have never been unpacked since we moved to this house 8 years ago. I had a display shelf running all around my kitchen and several glass front cabinets. I need to have some cabinets made to display them but it's one of those things that goes on the back of the list. I have a perfect location in the man cave.
