I bet many of you have already seen this:


A friend who's into scotch calls it "invaluable." Obviously it only captures a small set of what's out there, but I definitely intend to explore the map more fully first-hand

Sad news today. Makers Mark/Jim Beam sold out to the Japanese - good news is that it must still be made here in the USA to be called Bourbon. I think they could have made a deal better than selling their g-g-g-g-grandfathers legacy to anyone. I guess that is what greed gets you...

Well, people are simply going to choose not to buy the brands any longer. I'd be surprised if anything substantial changes in terms of quality though. Just look at what happened to Budweiser after InBev bought it - it was crappy beer before and that hasn't changed a bit!!!onedbguru said:Sad news today.
