Here is a link to centercutcook's recipe. She is on this forum as well. Many thank's to henapple for posting it here. It's probably my all-time favorite soup. I didn't mention above but my second bactch of this soup turned out thicker than the first so I added a cup(maybe 2, didn't measure) or so of chicken stock which added some more flavor to an already great soup.

at the bottom of the blog page there is a recipe for spicy Wisconsin cheese soup that is out of this world. Went there to make the potato saw the cheese soup and changed gears, I highly recommend it.
