New Egg Owner

My new XL egg arrived last night.  Even though it was cold and wet, I had to go ahead and perform my first cook on it.  I made chicken breasts stuffed with mozzarella, prosciutto, garlic and basil.  This had been a hit on the gasser and it was even better on the egg.

  • The Spinach, artichoke hearts and mozzarella cheese sounds good.  I will have to try it sometime.  I didn't wrap in bacon, just a little evoo and italian spices on top.
