Bigger than usual bone in pork roast, because it was on sale. Well marinated in Dichickos Garlic. Pulled at 140 internal. No plated pics tonight, this is mainly for lunch packaging.

Went to the store for milk and eggs. Guess what? Whole pork loin $1.48. Well now a whole pork loin is in the freezer, except for the boneless roast for tomorrow's supper. Could not let a good sale go to waste, but these milk and bread runs cost more every year.
I think the bone ins taste better or is it just me?

If you wanted sandwiches you'd have to hand cut.

You could cut it off the bones and then slice for sandwiches. Doc, it looks like you are not planning sandwiches for lunch!XLBGE, Small BGE, Homebrew and GuitarsRochester, NY

Bones add no flavor unless you are making soup/stew.Charlesmaneri said:Coastalcooker I agree 100% the bone in my opinion adds flavor

Avoid bread as much as possible. Usually chopped up meat and veggies that microwave well.Cookinbob said:You could cut it off the bones and then slice for sandwiches. Doc, it looks like you are not planning sandwiches for lunch!
