Strip Roast

I wanted to show you how exactly the same thickness they were cut, just using the eye. As a competition shooter I know that the human vision system has an amazing ability to find the center, and I always enjoy cutting sandwiches, steaks, whatever and then comparing how even I got them. I nailed this roast.

I grabbed them at WS outlet for 50 bucks. Stamped or not, they do the job.
