Red Eye Express Spatchcocked yard bird
I asked for some forum advice this afternoon and decided to give the Red Eye Express a shot at poultry. I usually use it for steaks but I've heard (through you guys/gals) that it is mighty fine on chicken. Well, here it is... The parents are coming over for chicken and I wanted to impress 
Pre seasoning (Red Eye Express)
On at 400 ish...
