planning on making some pepper stout beef on the egg during any precip and making a big pot of German Lentil soup inside on the stove at the same time... House is decorated so all thats left is eating and watching football 
The dome was the reason that I wrapped them that tight...

Hey @hapster, looks great as always. Do you always use that much wood? That's probably double or more what I usually do. Do you get more smoke flavor from more wood? Seems like it would saturate rather quickly. Always something new to learn on this site. LOVE IT!CheersB_BFinally back in the Badger State!
