Quick cook but good nonetheless I deboned 2 split breast that were in the fridge, scored them deep and marinated them in a store bought Thia Peanut sauce for about 45 mins. On the small at 425 raised image Roasted some cashews in foil but no pic and sauced one time around 150* And ready to eat with the lettuce, carrots, cashews and some warmed up sauce. These were really good according to the SWMBO image

Thanks guys!! I will prolly marinate a bit longer next time and add some bean sprouts to the mix.
