Hello All,
Posting from my phone for the first time, we'll see how it goes. Smoked a nice chuck roast today Travis style with onions and mushrooms, as well as reverse searing a tri-tip. Both turned out great! Only one pic, but lots of smiling faces and some good leftovers for lunches. Sandwiches and burritos are going to be GREAT this week!

I have really gotten into roasted cauliflower, keep it very simple just olive oil, salt, & pepper roast at 400 for 20 min. Delicious!DavidBBQ since 2010 - Oh my, what I was missing.
