What would an Egrets butt be like?

Was going to do Egrets ham for a family get together next w/e but I have a couple of butts in the freezer that I want to use so then i wondered what a Egrets style butt would turn out like??? It is pork just not pre-smoked like a ham can't be that bad could it?

I'm just saying... we have Mickey's Turkey, Travis' Brisket, Egret's Ham, etc... A pre smoked butt or picnic might work. I'm doing a ham right now.

I never tried one of these, but, one person (don't remember who it was) did try it and said it was great.
