Bird stuffed with garlic, sage, thyme, lemon, and onion. Outside rubbed down with olive oil and covered with garlic powder and black pepper.

assuming the lump bed is evenly lit, the back of the egg tends to get hotter gradually, you may want to consider rotating the bird 180 degrees so the legs point to the back?canuckland
