That chicken?

There was a post a few weeks ago where someone asked about how they use multiple levels (grates) for cooking etc.. The thread went into a dish called "That Chicken" or something like that. Flour-coated chicken breasts grilled then dredged in a sauce to finish them off. I've been trying to find it to no avail. Anyone bookmark this one?
Thanks!

Thanks for bringing The Chicken up again. I've looked at that recipe for years, but it gets pushed off my radar and I forget about it and never end up making it. Sounds pretty darn simple. Hmm...maybe this Sunday...

Actually Griffin, probably this weekend for me too. Got grill duty for my nephew's B-Day party Saturday. Maybe this will keep me focused so I won't end up with another "Egging Under the Influence" story to add. Then again, maybe not?!?Griffin said:Thanks for bringing The Chicken up again. That (I mean the) chicken sounds goood. I've tried kettle fried chicken before, but I like the idea of the spicy tangy sauce that goes with this.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.

I haven't tried it yet, but I bookmarked it after seeing it recently.
