There was a post a few weeks ago where someone asked about how they use multiple levels (grates) for cooking etc.. The thread went into a dish called "That Chicken" or something like that. Flour-coated chicken breasts grilled then dredged in a sauce to finish them off. I've been trying to find it to no avail. Anyone bookmark this one?

Thanks for bringing The Chicken up again. I've looked at that recipe for years, but it gets pushed off my radar and I forget about it and never end up making it. Sounds pretty darn simple. Hmm...maybe this Sunday...
