Fresh Bread and Stuffed Pork Loin - Pic Heavy

The post by Capt7383 finally inspired me to do a stuffed pork loin. Went on right when the bread came off. Sitting here by the egg enjoying a wonderful aroma. Used raging river for the rub, provolone cheese, sun dried tomatoes, spinach, minced garlic, wrapped in a bacon weave. Did the chops on the end like @Capt7383 did.

The s'mores in a cone were posted on the BGE site, might still be there. Put a piece of chocolate and a marshmallow in a sugar cone and put them in a pepper rack. Indirect 375*-400* for 10-15 min til browned.They/Them

Thanks for posting this, I am feeding 40 people in July and will be serving stuffed pork loin, The butcher at my local SAM's would not do this for me so the ones I have done have just been butterflied, They have all turned out great but this looks like the way to do this.Oh and that Bread!!! WOW!
