I am definitely going to do those Jalamango wings but this weekend I'm doing these:

I spent a week looking for, and finally finding red yuzu kosho (also used in a BGE recipe by VI Yuzu Kosho Shrimp which I will also be doing soon) so this is the one for this weekend.
My family's favorite after trying many different recipes (mostly from here) is this one:

Frozen or not frozen I do direct / raised / at 400............Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
