Lobster Tails

Publix has spiny lobster tails on sale this week so I am going to try some tonight, with a steak, of course. I am planning to slit the back of the shell and cook them shell side up direct leaving the membrane in tact on the bottom - maybe at 400? What do y'all think? Any other methods? They will be thawed and ready to go by the time they hit the egg.
Milton, GA.

This is just me but when I go ahead and cook surf and turf I tend to cook my steaks on the BGE and have my tails in my oven at 350*. I just like the taste better and is easier to cook to the 140 internal temp. Lobster is that meat anything under or over will result in a chewy or rubbery lobster. Cooking my steaks for about 8 min and lobster is usually done in 10 leaving time to mix the salad and let steaks rest before my favorite meal. Always enjoy with a nice Lager
