when speaking of brisket, what's a packer?

well, there are two muscles that can make up a brisket. the bottom portion is called the flat and the top portion is called the point. the packer is when they are package together. It is more complex then that and the true experts will weigh in but this is what I heave learned recently.

I love the wing flex on that thing it is impressive! And that airplane itself is pretty neat it's new technology that needs some work. Boeing will get it all sorted out and you will see the 787 in the skies for the next 30 years.
