Smallest Packer?

I just got a packer brisket. It has the flat and the point in it, but it only weighs 4.9 lbs. It was a home grown cow here locally and the guy that raised it said this is how his butcher likes to do his briskets. It is prime beef and the guy dry ages them for two weeks. So I know it will be good. But dang! Must of been a small cow or something. How small of packer briskets have you seen?

Smallest I've done is a 5.46lber. Locally grown, grass fed and probably one of my best. Coke can for size comparison.

Sign me up for one that small. Would be a perfect size for the mini!

I'd like one that size, too, though I'm sure all my friends and relatives would curse (they get the bulk of a brisket cook).*******Owner of a large and a beloved mini in Philadelphia
